Welcome to spiritualstores.com (the “Website”), operated by SpiritualStores.com (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Organization”), a not-for-profit entity dedicated to supporting spiritual communities.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, including any request for donation pickups of spiritual items. By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, or by submitting a pickup request, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.1. Nature of Our Services
We are a not-for-profit organization that facilitates the collection of gently used or new spiritual items from donors and redistributes them to spiritual facilities, communities, and organizations that support spiritual practice, meditation, worship, and personal growth. All items are donated onward at no charge to receiving facilities—we do not sell items or operate for profit.

Our services include: 

• Online      forms to request pickup of eligible spiritual items 
• Scheduling      and coordination of pickups (where available in our service areas) 
• Transportation      and redistribution of accepted items

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or modify any donation request at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements to use our services.
You represent and warrant that: 

• You      are the legal owner of, or have full authority to donate, the items. 
• The      items are in good, usable condition (clean, undamaged, complete, and      safe). 
• The      items do not violate any laws (e.g., no prohibited, hazardous, or      counterfeit goods).

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a pickup, including your name, contact details, address, item descriptions, photos (if requested), and availability.

3. Donation Pickups and Accepted Items
We accept spiritual and related items that align with our mission, such as: 

• Spiritual      books and texts 
• Meditation      cushions, mats, and benches 
• Statues,      figurines, and altar items 
• Crystals,      singing bowls, bells, and chimes 
• Incense,      essential oils, and smudging supplies 
• Prayer      beads, malas, rosaries 
• Yoga      props used in spiritual practice 
• Other      gently used items supporting spiritual/wellness communities

We do not accept: 

• Damaged,      soiled, broken, or unsafe items 
• Hazardous      materials (e.g., large quantities of incense with restricted chemicals) 
• Perishable      goods 
• Items      that require special handling/storage we cannot provide 
• Items      restricted by law or that could create liability

We may inspect items upon pickup and decline any that do not meet our criteria. We are not obligated to provide reasons for declination or to return declined items. Pickups are subject to availability, geographic limitations, and scheduling. We may charge no fee, but in some cases administrative/logistics costs could apply (clearly disclosed if any). Currently, we aim to provide this service free of charge as part of our charitable mission.

4. Donation Process and Title Transfer
Upon acceptance, title and ownership of donated items transfer to the Organization immediately. We may redistribute, repurpose, recycle, or (as a last resort) responsibly dispose of items in furtherance of our mission.
We do not guarantee that any specific item will reach a particular recipient or facility.

5. No Warranties; “As-Is” Basis
All services and information on the Website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that pickups will occur on exact dates/times, that all requested items will be accepted, or that our Website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organization, its volunteers, officers, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: 

• Use of      or inability to use the Website or services 
• Acceptance,      rejection, loss, damage, or delay of donated items 
• Redistribution      or use of items by receiving facilities 
• Any      injury, illness, or damage related to donated items (past or future)

You agree to release and hold us harmless from any claims related to your donations.

7. Tax Deductions
As a not-for-profit entity, donations may qualify as charitable contributions under applicable tax law (e.g., U.S. IRC § 170). We will provide acknowledgment letters upon request where required. However: 

• It is      your sole responsibility to determine eligibility, value, and      deductibility of your donation. 
• We do      not provide appraisals or valuations. 
• Consult      your tax advisor for guidance.

8. Intellectual Property
The Website content (text, logos, design) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services or Website at any time without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
